  • Noah Cyrus arrived at Paris Fashion Week and showed it all off in an iconic dress.
  • In photos from the event, Noah can be seen releasing her nipple like the confident queen she is, with only a chain necklace covering her breasts.
  • Noah hasn’t shared much about her health routines, but she’s a big advocate for mental health.

Now that it’s 2023, everyone has a full and fresh new year ahead of them. And there’s no better time than the present to make a bold statement.

Case in point: Noah Cyrus totally liberated the nipple this week in a daring full-length black Stéphane Rolland couture gown. His chest was only covered with a large chain link necklace. Sure, it was a serious fashion statement, but it also highlighted just how strong and confident Noah is these days.

By the way, 23-year-old Noah has been attending many shows and sharing all his looks from each one, including Arturo Obegero, Ludovic de Saint Sernin, and Marine Serre.

RACK

While Noah hasn’t shared much about his health and fitness routines recently, he did love horseback riding. In fact, Noah said teen fashion he was even training for the Olympics back in the day. “Right now, I’m really focused on riding and competing in shows once, maybe twice a month… I want to go to the Olympics to ride and then possibly become a trainer,” she said at the time.

One thing is clear: Noah is very confident. Also, this isn’t the first time he’s donned a daring outfit. At the 2020 CMT Awards, he rocked a see-through jumpsuit that drew a lot of hate from online trolls, to which Noah cheered on Twitter and reinforced his body-positive stance, according to Paper magazine. She tweeted“Honey, your granddaughter will wear that one day,” as well as“My body is my choice, bitch.”

And her inner strength really showed again when she opened up to Rolling Stone magazine last summer about how he overcame his addiction to Xanax. At the time, Noah said that he had been in recovery for two years.

“My boyfriend at the time, when I was 18, was the first person to give me a Xanax and it became a way for us to bond,” she said. “I think I wanted to fit in with him. I wanted to be what he wanted and what he thought was cool and what he thought everyone else was doing.”

She went on to share: “Everyone I needed help with was helping me, and it took me a while to recover,” she said. “I’m not trying to be a spokesperson for recovery or anything like that. Myself, I’m just going through it and figuring it out.”

She also became vulnerable for her mental health and struggles with anxiety and depression. He shared on Instagram (via PEOPLE) that, “every day is work when it comes to your mental health and personal battles. Not every day is going to be hell and not every day is going to be perfect. I still think that outside.”

And it wasn’t the first time Noah shared about his mental health battle. “I’ve struggled with anxiety and depression since I was 10 or 11 years old,” Cyrus told James Corden on the late show in 2019, for PEOPLE. “One of the things I’ve always wanted is to use this platform to talk about my mental health and help young adults across the United States and around the world know they’re not alone.”

You are an inspiration Noah!
